API & Data Access

CoinClass is a data product first — here is how the data behind the dashboards is sourced, how often it updates, and how to get it programmatically.

Data Sources & Freshness

Derivatives

Funding, open interest, long/short ratios and liquidations are aggregated from major exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bybit and others). Most series refresh every 1–5 minutes.

ETF & institutional

Flow, AUM and holdings come from issuer disclosures, updated daily after US market close. Treasuries data follows public filings.

On-chain

Exchange balances, rich lists, whale positions and the address browser query public blockchain data; refresh is minutes for balances, near-real-time for Hyperliquid.

Programmatic Access

A public REST API is on the roadmap but not yet released — we'd rather ship a stable, documented API late than an unstable one early. Until then:

  • Structured page data — every dashboard embeds Schema.org Dataset JSON-LD, and pages are server-rendered, so the numbers you see are in the HTML itself.
  • Bulk or custom needs — email data@coinclass.com describing your use case; for research and journalism we can usually provide extracts.
  • Citation — you're welcome to cite and screenshot dashboards with attribution and a link. Please don't scrape at rates that degrade the site (see terms).

Want to be notified when the API ships? Say so in an email to data@coinclass.com — the waitlist doubles as our prioritization signal.
